Your domain has no symbolic link so there is a private html and a public html folder. the public_html folder for your website with http and the private html folder for your website with https. If you want the public to be the same as the private html, you must enable the symbolic link.
You can activate this in domain administration. Domain setup> domain click there is "Use a symbolic link from private_html to public_html - allows for same data in http and https" and you have to select it and click on save.

PAY ATTENTION. That if your site is loaded from the private_html folder. You must force https from the public_html folder and not activate the symbolic link because then you delete all the content of the site.
