PTR records problem for cloudbox users

Can anyone at versio support, explain why the PTR lookups are not being queried at our own cloudbox server? Instead they are being responded by versio (in our case) with their SOA at ns3.uxw.nl.
All reverse zone files are set correctly at ourside. We need the lookups to reach our own server records to avoid our mails ending up often as spam.

If u want a reverseDNS on your IP you have to send a mail to email@example.com we can fix this for you.
