Domain transfer

How unfortunate you chose to do business on Versio platform.

I am not a reseller so I dont know how a transfer works from the perspective of myself towords a customer. But I do know how it is to transfer my own domain to another service.

All I did is was:
- I went to my customer panel
- under My products I went to an overview of my domain names
- clicked on the arrow on the domain names I wanted to transfer
- clicked on "EPP code" request
- then copied the strange code I got from the green box that appeared at the top of the page (below the main title)

I used that code at https://www.vimexx.nl/domeinnaam or any other service to move that domain to the other service.

I had to make sure the "Domain lock" is disabled here on Versio ( also some place where you get the EPP code )

I kept an eye open on my mails cause I was requested to approve the transfer, this for domains where I have written myself as holder. After that the transfer happened within a few hours.

I didnt receive any mails for domains where I had an annonymous holder but did have to wait several days for the transfer to complete.


That's pretty much it for me as a non reseller. Hope that helps.
And i'm glad I moved away from Versio. I'm only here because of 1 remaining (already paid for) service that will expire in 2 more years. ( sad) can't wait to get away from this shame of a company

I have another domain versio.nl I want to transfer it to your account. I wonder if you have found a solution?
